A: If it is for a fast road race car we would say the 6.00-19 Dunlop Racing 5-Stud will give the best high speed handling, the comfort and grip of the 5.25/ 600-19 Michelin is excellent, but if you are looking for a 600 -19 tyre for a 1930s Rolls Royce we suggest the 650-19 Custom Classic By Lucas.

A: Lucas make 2 excellent tyres that can be used instead of a 600-19. The 5.50-19 Lucas is pretty much the same size as a 600x19 tyre, where the 650-19 Lucas Custom Classic is slightly larger.
